1. The control console is the advanced TOUCH PANEL SCREEN. It can be preset the program and parameter according to different printing requirement with storage up to 100 sets.So easy retrievable for any repeated jobs and amending for another jobs.
2. The screen vertical lifting and the screen cleaning position up/down motion are driven by the AC frequency conversion motor.While the printing position up/down motion and peel-off action are driven by the servo motor.The peel-off action is carried out synchronously with the printing action.The snap-off distance and the peel-off angle are controlled by the numerical value.And the machine is also equipped with the function of pneumatic frame lock and micro-adjustment of the screen balance.
3. The servo motor drives the printing action.The printing stroke and speed can be controlled via the numerical value.
4. The printing head is driven by the servo motor.And it runs on the double parallel high precision Linear Motion Guide. All of these make the printing action more smooth.
The pressure on two sides of the squeegee and flood coater are balance by itself, doesn’t need to be adjusted by hand.
The printing head with lifting system makes it convenient to clean the screen frame and replace the squeegee & flood coater . The printing head can get an angle according to the job requirement.
5. When the printing substrate is sent to the registration table, the location guides will carry out the registration. Ensuring the printing precision.
6. In order to reduce the time for delivery, the machine is set with the sliding table to send the pre-printed parts and printed parts at the same time. In this way, the machine gets the greater efficiency.
The sliding table moving action is driven by the servo motor, ensuring the fast and precise movement.
7. The printed parts are sent out by the sliding table together with the discharge conveyor, greatly enhancing the efficiency.
