Application Scope:
Designed for flat printing on long strip-shaped glass panels. Can be integrated
with other modules to form an automated production line, reducing labor input
and increasing production efficiency.

via a touchscreen interface with full digital control. Supports the
setting and storage of up to 100 recipe groups. Recipe names can be
edited, saved, recalled, and modified as needed.

control with full-bus servo motor drive system. Equipped with an Ethernet
interface for remote communication, enabling easy data collection and
parameter adjustment.

Two-post
structural design. The screen cleaning mechanism uses a screen-lifting
structure for easy access and cleaning.

at the printing position moves vertically, driven by a servo motor.
Off-contact height is digitally adjustable.

alignment through a three-point X1/X2/Y micro-adjustment system.

The
squeegee head is servo-driven, with digitally controlled printing speed.

squeegee head is vertically movable for easy blade installation and screen
cleaning. It can be tilted at a certain angle to accommodate different
printing needs.

with an ink drip prevention system to improve product yield.

an off-contact mechanism with adjustable separation speed.

Positioning
pins are driven by two sets of servo motors, with five pins enabling
precise center alignment.
