Application Scope:
Suitable for printing on ultra-thin flat glass such as light guide plate (LGP) glass,
display glass, and similar substrates. The machine can be integrated with other
modules to form a complete production line, enabling automated operation,
reducing labor costs, and enhancing production efficiency.

via a touchscreen interface with full digital control. Supports the
storage of up to 100 recipe groups, each of which can be named, recalled,
and modified at any time.

by PLC and driven by a full-bus servo motor system. Equipped with an
Ethernet interface for remote communication, allowing convenient data
acquisition and equipment parameter adjustments.

Four-post
structural design. The screen frame adopts a drawer-style mechanism for
safer and easier cleaning.

The screen
frame at the printing position moves vertically, driven by a servo motor.
Off-contact height is digitally adjustable.

Precise
screen alignment is achieved through three-point micro-adjustment on the
X1, X2, and Y axes.

The
squeegee head is servo-driven, with digitally adjustable printing speed.

The
squeegee head is vertically movable for easy blade installation and screen
cleaning. It can also tilt at a specific angle to meet various printing
requirements.

Once the
glass is positioned, a shuttle fork transfers it between the printing
station and the unloading area, significantly improving productivity.

Equipped
with an ink drip prevention system and off-contact function to enhance
product yield.

Positioning
pins are driven by three sets of servo motors. Six pins provide accurate
center alignment.
