Designed for flat glass surface printing. Can be integrated with other modules to form a fully automated production line, reducing labour costs and increasing production efficiency.
Main Features:

Operated via a touchscreen interface with full digital control. Allows setting and storing up to 100 recipe groups. Recipe names can be edited, saved, recalled, and modified at any time.

PLC control with full-bus servo motor drive system. Equipped with an Ethernet interface for remote communication, enabling easy data acquisition and parameter adjustment.

Dual-post structural design. The screen frame cleaning system adopts a vertical-lift mechanism for easy maintenance and cleaning.

At the printing station, the screen frame moves vertically, driven by a servo motor. Off-contact height is digitally adjustable.

Fine registration is achieved via a three-point micro-adjustment system on the X1, X2, and Y axes.

Servo-driven squeegee head with digitally controlled printing speed.

The squeegee head is vertically movable for easy blade replacement and screen cleaning. It can also tilt at a certain angle to meet various printing requirements.

After positioning, the shuttle table synchronously transfers the glass to the printing and unloading stations, enhancing production efficiency.

Equipped with an ink drip prevention system and an off-contact function to improve yield.

Positioning is achieved using three sets of servo-driven positioning pin mechanisms, with six pins to enable precise center alignment.
