2. PLC-controlled system with full-bus servo motor drive. Equipped with Ethernet interface for remote communication, enabling convenient data collection and parameter adjustment.
3. Dual-post structure with screen lifting mechanism for easy and safe screen cleaning.
4. At the printing station, the screen frame lifts vertically via servo motor. The off-contact height is digitally adjustable.
5. High-precision X1/X2/Y three-point micro-adjustment system ensures accurate screen alignment.
6. Printing squeegee is servo-driven, with digitally adjustable printing speed.
7. The squeegee head can be lifted for easy blade installation and screen cleaning, and can tilt at an angle to suit different printing requirements.
8. After glass positioning, a shuttle-type suction frame transfers the glass simultaneously to the printing and unloading stations, improving throughput.
9. Equipped with anti-drip ink system and off-contact function to improve product quality.
10. Features three sets of servo-driven positioning pins (six pins in total) for precise center alignment.
