Application Scope:
Designed for flat glass surface printing. Can be integrated with other modules to form a fully automated production line, reducing labor requirements and improving overall production efficiency.

Main Features:

1. Operated via a touchscreen interface with full digital control. Supports setting and storing up to 100 recipe groups, each with customizable names that can be recalled and edited at any time.
2. PLC control with full-bus servo motor drive system. Equipped with an Ethernet interface for remote communication, enabling easy data collection and parameter adjustment.
3. Four-post structural design. The screen cleaning mechanism uses a drawer-style screen frame structure for enhanced safety and easier maintenance.
4. The screen frame at the printing station moves vertically, driven by a servo motor. Off-contact height is digitally adjustable.
5. Precise screen alignment enabled through a three-point micro-adjustment system (X1/X2/Y axes).
6. Servo-driven squeegee head with digitally controlled printing speed.
7. The squeegee head is vertically movable for convenient blade installation and screen cleaning. It can also tilt at a specific angle to meet different printing requirements.
8. After precise positioning, the shuttle table transfers the glass synchronously between the printing and unloading stations to enhance production efficiency.
9. Equipped with an ink drip prevention system and off-contact functionality to improve product yield.
10. Positioning pins are driven by three sets of servo motors. Six positioning pins enable accurate center alignment.
