Application Scope:
Designed for flat bathroom glass surface printing. Can be integrated with other modules to form a fully automated production line, reducing labor costs and enhancing production efficiency.

Main Features:

1. Touchscreen operation with full digital control. Allows for the setting and storage of up to 100 recipe groups, each with editable names for quick recall and modification.
2. PLC control with full-bus servo motor drive system. Equipped with an Ethernet interface for remote communication, enabling easy data acquisition and parameter adjustments.
3. Four-post structural design. Screen cleaning uses a drawer-style screen frame structure for improved safety and easy maintenance.
4. At the printing position, the screen frame is lifted vertically via servo motor drive, with digitally adjustable off-contact height.
5. Precision screen registration through a three-point X1/X2/Y micro-adjustment system.
6. Servo-driven squeegee head with digitally controlled printing speed.
7. The squeegee head can be raised for easy blade changes and screen cleaning, and can tilt to suit various printing requirements.
8. Once the glass is precisely positioned, the vacuum suction shuttle system transfers it synchronously between the printing station and the unloading station to increase throughput.
9. Equipped with an anti-drip ink system and off-contact function to improve product yield.
10. Positioning is achieved with three sets of servo-driven positioning pins, using six pins for precise center alignment.
11. Multiple patterns can be produced on a single screen. Printing positions can be set according to different glass specifications, making the machine ideal for small-batch, multi-specification production.
