Application Scope:
Designed for flat glass screen printing. Can be integrated with other modular systems to form a fully automated production line, reducing labor input and enhancing production efficiency.

Main Features:

1. Touchscreen control with full digital operation. Supports the setting and storage of up to 100 recipe groups, with editable names that can be recalled and modified as needed.
2. PLC-controlled system with full-bus servo motor drive. Equipped with an Ethernet interface for remote communication, facilitating data acquisition and equipment parameter tuning.
3. Four-post structural design. The screen cleaning mechanism uses a drawer-style screen frame for enhanced safety and ease of maintenance.
4. The screen frame at the printing station moves vertically, driven by a servo motor. The off-contact height is digitally adjustable.
5. Screen alignment is achieved via a precise three-point micro-adjustment system (X1/X2/Y axes).
6. Printing squeegee head driven by a servo motor, with digitally adjustable printing speed.
7. The squeegee head is vertically movable for easy blade installation and screen cleaning. It can be tilted at an angle to accommodate various printing needs.
8. After positioning is completed, the shuttle table transfers the glass synchronously between the printing station and the unloading station, significantly improving efficiency.
9. Equipped with an anti-drip ink system and off-contact function to ensure higher product quality and yield.
10. Positioning is controlled by three sets of servo-driven positioning pins, with six pins enabling precise center alignment.
