Application Scope:
Designed for printing on automotive side window glass. It can be integrated
with other modules to form an automated printing production line, enabling safe
and efficient automated manufacturing while reducing labor costs.
Main Features:
1. Touch screen operation with
full digital control. Up to 100 product recipes can be set and stored. Recipe
names can be modified, recalled, and edited at any time.
2. PLC control with fully bus-type
servo motor drive. Equipped with an Ethernet interface for remote
communication, allowing for easy data collection and modification.
3. Four-post structure. The screen
cleaning mechanism adopts a drawer-style screen frame for safety and easy
cleaning.
4. Vertical screen lifting at the
printing station, driven by a servo motor. Off-contact height is digitally
adjustable.
5. Screen micro-adjustment using
X1/X2/Y three-point precision alignment.
6. Printing squeegee head driven
by a servo motor, with printing speed digitally adjustable.
7. The printing squeegee head is
liftable for easy blade installation/removal and convenient screen cleaning.
8. After the glass is positioned,
a shuttle with suction cups transfers the glass synchronously to the printing
and unloading stations, improving production efficiency.
9. Equipped with an ink drip
prevention device and synchronous off-contact function to improve product
yield.
10. Positioning pins are driven by five sets of servo motors and use six
pins for central positioning.
11. Optional: Automatic ink adding system.
12. Optional: Ink receiving trough system.
