Application Scope:
Designed for printing on home appliance glass and electronic glass. By integrating various functional modules, a fully automated multi-color screen printing line can be formed, enabling safe, efficient, and labor-saving production.

Main Features:

1.      Each single-color printing unit operates with an independent control system. Multiple single-color systems are connected via Ethernet to form a centralized multi-color printing control system.

2.      Each single-color unit features a dedicated touch screen interface with full digital control. Supports the storage and recall of up to 100 job recipes, with editable recipe names for quick access and adjustment.

3.      Each single-color unit is controlled by an individual PLC with full-bus servo motor drive. Ethernet interface provided for remote communication, facilitating real-time data acquisition and modification.

4.      Based on process and site requirements, a single-color printing unit can be configured with various modules such as:

o    Transfer Module

o    Dual-Drive Transfer Module

o    Glass Sorting Module

o    Screen Printing Machine

o    Inspection Module

o    Drying Oven

o    Glass Storage Module
